In the lovely state of Ohio lawmakers approved Senate Bill 261:
“Senate Bill 261, sponsored by Senator Steve Huffman, will create a single Division of Marijuana Control to oversee Ohio’s medical marijuana program, update the list of qualifying medical conditions eligible for treatment, and permit cultivators to request an expansion of their cultivating space.”
