The NFL is looking into an NFT ticket collectible launched on the Polygon blockchain. In a press release made by the league it said the idea is pairing tickets purchased with a “Virtual Commemorative Ticket” minted as an NFT to Ticketmaster wallets.
The NFL is seeking to cash in on the NFT craze and not be left behind by other sporting organizations like the NBA who recently created a series of digital collectibles.
