6. Participation. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforce-ability of these official sweepstakes rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and their affiliated organization and New Money Investor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of laws rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida. In the event that any provision herein is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provisions were not contained therein and the provisions deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be blue penciled as narrowly as possible in order to make the provisions valid and enforceable.
