We are getting reports from Russia’s Ministry of Finance that are interested in both industry and public input as to how best to regulate Crypto by mid March. The Ministry filed two notices with the first one “On Digital Currency,” explaining how the government will be spawning a consult period with the public on what the rules for crypto transactions will be. The second notice outlines any potential amendments on any federal laws “On Digital Currency” that may be necessary.
