There has been a federal monopoly on the manufacturing of marijuana for research and that monopoly has officially ended.Two companies announced to Marijuana Moment this week “that they’ve harvested cannabis with the blessing of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).”

They’re approved to grow crops for internal quality control and calibration purposes.
