In a valiant effort of common sense and moral decency the acting lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania is attempting to get marijuana records cleared. Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D) is pushing an expedited petition program intended to provide relief to the many thousands negatively impacted by the prohibition of cannabis.
