CNBC reported on the rally in MJ stocks off hopes of legalization through Republican-led legalization efforts. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) sponsored the bill entitled the “States Reform Act” with several other Republican cosponsors. This Bill would essentially end the federal prohibition on marijuana. Investors have taken note and have placed money into the market that reflects this possible event. Yesterday the Bill was introduced.
