The California Gov. Gavin Newsom is on political life support with a fast approaching recall election tomorrow the 14th of September.
The recall has the state’s marijuana industry split as to whether this will be a pro or con for MJ. Newsom is an established proponent of legal marijuana…. BUT… the many people in the MJ industry feel the Governor has been a disappointment.
The big question is how leading candidate Larry Elder will treat the industry.
Will the pro-business pro economy republican stick to his free market principles and let the industry thrive by unburdening regulation? Or will the ethics of Reagan’s “Just Say No” war on drugs mentality kick in and result in Elder ruining the industry?
There is only one way to find out and we shall see what happens tomorrow.
